We are seeking two (2) motivated and detail-oriented Data Sourcers to join Bayanihan Partners on a full-time basis.
Ideal candidates are responsible for managing and analyzing data, maintaining trackers, automating workflows, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. They will be closely working with the data team, and this entry-level role is also open to fresh graduates who are eager to learn and be trained.
Data Management and Reporting:

Develop and maintain comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly trackers for clients.

Extract and integrate data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

Create insightful visualizations to effectively communicate performance metrics.

Address ad-hoc data requests from clients and actively participate in meetings to align strategies with business goals.
Data Automation and Tools:

Apply Python for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.

Utilize Google Apps Script to automate workflows within Google Sheets and reduce manual errors.

Implement solutions using Google Sheets API and Google Drive API for seamless data automation and management.

Leverage no-code platforms such as Make.com and Zapier to automate workflow processes.
Performance Tracking and Analytics:

Track applied clicks and streamline daily traffic analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in data management, analysis, or related roles is preferred.

Experience with Python is required.

Familiarity with Google Sheets, JavaScript, or workflow automation tools is a plus.

We are seeking an efficient and detail-focused Administrative Assistant to join Bayanihan Partners on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Executive Assistant, helping ensure that internal processes, documentation, communication, and coordination tasks run smoothly and efficiently. This role will work closely with the Executive Assistant to support overall team operations in a remote, fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
Administrative & Operational Support:

Assist the Executive Assistant with scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination

Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items as directed

Help manage and organize shared digital filing systems, folders, and documents
-
Draft, proofread, and format routine correspondence, emails, and internal documents

Monitor shared inboxes or communication channels and flag items requiring urgent attention
HR & People Operations Support:

Assist in preparing onboarding materials, checklists, and welcome documentation for new hires

Help maintain and update employee records, profiles, and the HR tracking system
-
Support asset procurement coordination (tracking requests, logging items in the asset register, and following up on deliveries)

Assist in scheduling and coordinating performance review meetings and check-ins

Help organise employee engagement activities, including virtual events and recognition initiatives
Coordination & Liaison:

Coordinate with internal team members on behalf of the Executive Assistant for information gathering and task follow-ups

Liaise with vendors, suppliers, or service providers for asset purchases, logistics, and scheduling

Assist in preparing travel-related documents, itineraries, and expense reports as needed

Support onboarding logistics for new contractors or team members
Document Management & Compliance:

Maintain accurate and organized records of administrative processes, templates, and SOPs

Assist in ensuring proper filing and documentation of contracts, agreements, and confidential records

Help track deadlines, renewals, and compliance-related administrative tasks

Flag any documentation gaps or inconsistencies to the Executive Assistant promptly
Finance & Bookkeeping Support:

Assist the Executive Assistant in reviewing and organizing expense reports, receipts, and reimbursement requests

Help coordinate documentation between the Admin team and the bookkeeper

Track minor administrative expenses and prepare summaries for the Executive Assistant's review

Qualifications
